A colorful and blooming garden, nestled in the heart of Hood River. I remember this session like it was yesterday.
The morning of was a bit cold. I remember thinking we were likely to see some rain, but David and Alana had traveled in for our session and decided they were willing to risk it. We were blessed with an overcast, but dry, early September day. The lighting was working in our favor, intensifying the vibrant colors around us. Which would lead to the dreamy, Alice in Wonderland type scenery you see in the gallery below.
If you're thinking you want to be surrounded by colorful blooms during our session together, don't be afraid to ask! There are many months here in the Gorge we see flowers. Just remember that different seasons offer different floral varieties, so we will have to plan accordingly. A huge thank you to David and Alana for allowing me to document your growing family!
